Chile is the largest producer of cherries in the southern hemisphere and the world's leading exporter, exporting more than 413,000 tons in the 23/24 season, representing 55% of the world's total. Chilean cherries are known for their intense color, perfectly sweet flavor and consistent quality. Available from November to February, Chilean cherries are not only easy to include in everyday meals, but also offer countless opportunities for special celebrations during the holidays in December, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day and National Cherry Month in February.
