Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh blueberries
- one 6.8 oz. bottle of ginger beer
- ½ teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
- 8 thin slices of ½ moon of cucumber without seeds
- ice
- sprig of fresh rosemary
Instructions:
In a pretty cocktail glass, combine the cranberries, ginger beer, fresh ginger,
cucumber slices and ice. Use a sprig of rosemary to stir all the ingredients together and
leave the sprig in the glass for garnish.
