Ingredients:
- Chocolate cake mix (store bought)
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- ½ cup pitted and chopped chilean cherries
Recipe:
- Do not add the oil or milk called for in the ready cake recipe, only the ingredients listed above.
- Mix all ingredients and spread in an 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
- To serve, add more pitted cherries and, if desired, sprinkle with cocoa or powdered sugar.
