Easy chocolate and cherry brownie (with protein)

By omitting the oil and adding a little Greek yogurt and protein powder, you’ll find that these quick brownies are a low-calorie dessert that will keep you satisfied longer. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate cake mix (store bought)
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ½ cup pitted and chopped chilean cherries

Recipe:

  • Do not add the oil or milk called for in the ready cake recipe, only the ingredients listed above.
  • Mix all ingredients and spread in an 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
  • To serve, add more pitted cherries and, if desired, sprinkle with cocoa or powdered sugar.
