- 1 Store-bought ready-to-go pizza base
- 2/3 cup your favorite Tikka masala curry (or enough to cover your base)
- 1 cup grilled chicken, cut into slices or bite sized pieces
- 1 Chilean yellow nectarine, thinly sliced
- Chilli flakes, to taste
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Evenly spread tikka masala sauce over the base.
- Place slices of grilled chicken directly on top of the base.
- Follow with thinly sliced nectarines.
- Top with chili flakes based on personal spice preference.
- Bake at 425°F for 8-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy.
