Mini kiwi pavlovas

No need to make meringue from scratch to impress your guests. These supermarket-bought pavlova nests are enhanced with whipped cream topped with tangy kiwi puree and a generous amount of fresh fruit on top. Light, fluffy and totally delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of kiwi puree.
  • 1 cup whipped cream.
  • Mini pavlova nests bought at the supermarket.
  • 2-3 Chilean kiwis, peeled and chopped.
  • Optional: blueberries or mint for garnish.

Instructions:

Carefully fold the kiwi puree into the whipped cream until well blended.

Pour the whipped cream into each pavlova nest.

Garnish with chopped kiwi and, if desired, blueberries or mint.

Serve immediately to keep the meringue crisp!
