Kiwi and chia pudding parfait

Creamy chia with chunks of kiwi and blueberries make this breakfast one to brag about. Prepare it ahead of time, layer it and get ready to enjoy a spoonful of sunshine.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk (any kind).
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds.
  • ¼ cup Chilean kiwi puree.
  • Kiwi slices, blueberries and coconut flakes.

Instructions:

Mix chia seeds with milk and refrigerate overnight.
Top with kiwi puree.
Garnish with kiwi slices, berries and coconut.
