Easy Chocolate Cherry Brownie (with Protein)

  • Chocolate Cake Mix (store bought)
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ½ cup pitted & chopped Chilean Cherries

By leaving out the oil and adding some Greek Yogurt and protein powder, you’ll discover these quick brownies are a lower calorie treat that will keep you fuller, longer. Indulge!

Directions

  1. Stir to combine all of the ingredients and spread into 8×8 pan lined with parchment.
  2. Bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes.
  3. (Don’t add the oil or milk that the recipe calls for…just the ingredients listed above.)
  4. To serve, add more pitted cherries and if desired sprinkle with cocoa or icing sugar.
