Ingredients
- Chocolate Cake Mix (store bought)
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Scoop chocolate protein powder
- ½ cup pitted & chopped Chilean Cherries
By leaving out the oil and adding some Greek Yogurt and protein powder, you’ll discover these quick brownies are a lower calorie treat that will keep you fuller, longer. Indulge!
Directions
- Stir to combine all of the ingredients and spread into 8×8 pan lined with parchment.
- Bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes.
- (Don’t add the oil or milk that the recipe calls for…just the ingredients listed above.)
- To serve, add more pitted cherries and if desired sprinkle with cocoa or icing sugar.
