Chilean Clementine Cooler

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups fresh clementine juice
  • 4 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 6 ounces simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups club soda

Directions

  1. Combine the clementine juice, lime juice and simple syrup in a large shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into 6 ice filled glass.
  2. Top each glass with 2 ounces club soda and stir.
  3. Garnish with a slice of clementine in the glass.
