Kiwi and vanilla mousse in kiwi cups

Discover your new star dessert without baking. This silky kiwi mousse is served in its own bowl of fruit – an example of edible elegance! Perfect for brunches, garden parties or just to spice up your Tuesday.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla mousse (store-bought mix)
  • ½ cup of Chilean kiwi puree
  • Whole Chilean kiwifruit, tops removed and drained
  • Fresh blueberries for decoration

Instructions:

Follow the directions of your store-bought mousse mix.

Fold the kiwi puree into the vanilla mousse.

Stuff the emptied kiwis with a spoon.

Garnish with cranberries and serve chilled.
