Pesto, Plum & Nectarine Pizza

Sweet, tangy, and bright, this pesto pizza is brought to life with delicious Chilean plums and nectarines. A vibrant combination that’s as tasty as it is colorful!

  • 1 Store-bought ready-to-go pizza base
  • 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp store bought Pesto, separated
  • 1 Chilean plums, diced
  • 1 Chilean nectarine, diced
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • ½ cup tomato-based pizza sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Evenly spread a thin layer of pesto over the pizza base.
  3. Sprinkle evenly with diced plum and nectarine.
  4. Top with dollops of ricotta.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 8-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. To serve, add the extra 3 tbsp pesto in dollops, and tomato pizza sauce
