Stone Fruit-Infused Coconut Water Recipe

  • 2 cups mixed stone fruits (peaches, plums, etc.), sliced
  • 4 cups coconut water
  • Fresh herbs (optional, such as mint or basil)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  1. Wash and slice the mixed stone fruits into thin wedges or pieces.
  2. Pour the coconut water into a pitcher or large container.
  3. Add the sliced stone fruits to the coconut water.
  4. Optionally, include a few sprigs of fresh herbs for added flavor.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2-3 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to infuse.
  6. Strain out the fruits before serving if desired, or leave them in for extra flavor and a visually appealing drink.
