Chile is the leading supplier of nectarines in the southern hemisphere, exporting nectarines from December to March. Exceptionally sweet and flavorful, Chilean nectarines are available in numerous varieties, from Perla Brillante to Roja de Agosto.

One large nectarine has less than 70 calories, with 14% of the recommended daily value of vitamin C in a large piece of fruit. In addition, one large nectarine provides 9% of the DV for potassium.
